Audrey is the HR Director at LabKey and brings a wide range of experience and a diverse HR background to the role. Prior to joining LabKey, Audrey worked both as an HR consultant and as an HR leader. More recently as a consultant, Audrey worked with small to midsize companies in the nonprofit, private, and GovCon sectors to help them identify opportunities for improvement and take a strategic approach to human capital decisions by developing integrated HR solutions aligned with business strategy. Audrey’s HR management & administration work focuses on overall organizational health and developing new ideas and creative approaches to talent management and the employee life cycle. Audrey holds an MPS in HRM/OrgDev, from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, and a BA in Sociology, from the University of Southern Maine.
