Integrations that rely on OS configuration such as R reports or Python scripts will NOT work with this installation method. However, don’t let that discourage you, as the rest of the community edition features are fully functional. If you feel you need those features, please see the advanced installation method below or explore our Premium Editions.

The Windows Graphical Installer is no longer available for on-premise installation and upgrade of LabKey Server Community Edition. Teams who have previously used the installer can download the binaries in tar.gz format, then follow the upgrade process for existing installations.
