25Jim earned his BS in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University and his MS in Engineering from San Jose State University. He is most passionate about writing software to help researchers and the medical community. Jim spent time serving in the Peace Corps, building a system for collecting disease prevalence data. He went on to work for OmniCell, where he wrote interfaces and ETL code to integrate inventory/pharmacy control systems to over 20 different hospitals. He also built web-based applications to help a government funded institution meet NIH reporting requirements. In his spare time Jim enjoys traveling, volunteering with exchange student programs, cooking, and spending quality time with his family and pets.
