Incentive Pay
At LabKey, you are responsible for our growth and success.  That is why we provide ongoing Stock Option Grants, based on company and individual performance as well as a target bonus, to add to the already rich package.   Your contributions, your shared success.

We are committed to your professional growth and development which is why we provide 5 hours per month of paid training or professional development time to help you become even better at what you do. LabKey also provides a 401(k) with an automatic company contribution starting the first of the month following one full month of service.

We offer 90% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families. Employees are eligible 1st of the month following date of hire for premium plans provided by Premera with a low deductible and flat copays.

LabKey offers 100% employer paid Short and Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance at 2 times annual salary to a set maximum.
