Josh Eckels will be giving a talk about management and analysis of tandem mass spectrometry data using open source LabKey Server during session 7 of the Cascadia Proteomics Symposium.

LabKey Server is an open source, web-based platform for organizing, analyzing and sharing the high volumes of data generated by tandem mass spectrometry experiments.  Stable, supported builds of LabKey Server are freely available for download at http://www.labkey.com. Documentation and source code are available at http://www.labkey.org under the Apache License 2.0.
