Join LabKey Software at the ASMS Conference on Mass Spectrometry, in Salt Lake City on May 23-27 to learn about the latest offerings for LabKey Server and LabKey Hosted! Come visit us at Booth #156, near the Employment Center, to learn about all of the exciting new features available since last year’s ASMS, including full-text search, file management, mass spec pipelines, reporting tools, and more. Plus, catch a sneak preview of the upcoming version 10.2, scheduled for release in June. We’ll show you how LabKey Server can help manage and integrate your mass spec data with other data types.
LabKey Hosted is the best way to organize, analyze, and share your proteomics data. We're willing to prove it.
Many companies offer cloud-based solutions, but few can prove that their products are faster, cheaper, or better than what you're using now. LabKey is different. At ASMS 2010, LabKey Software will loan portable hard drives to researchers interested in seeing the power of cloud computing applied their proteomics data with LabKey Hosted. Take the 160GB drive back to your lab, fill it with raw data (.mzXML, .d, or .raw), and send it to us in the pre-paid mailer. We’ll set up a time to discuss your analysis needs, and then process your data free of charge using the new LabKey Hosted. After processing is complete, you will receive free, secure, online access to your results for 90 days. We'll also provide a report indicating how long the processing took, and how much that processing would cost at LabKey's competitive prices. We think you'll be impressed.
This is an ideal opportunity to:
- re-search some of your old data looking for more PTMs
- search against an updated protein database
- do primary analysis of a brand new dataset
- validate the results of an alternate analysis pipeline, or
- perform analysis too computationally intensive for your existing computing resources
There are no hidden charges in this offer. We don't require any additional commitment from you to prove the power of our product. We may ask for your feedback, and welcome comments and questions via the support boards and email.
Only four hard drives will be available each day at ASMS, and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified researchers. Please arrive prepared to discuss your needs and the capabilities of the LabKey Hosted with a LabKey representative.
